Season Over for Ed Hussey in Long Island Sunday, September 2nd , 2063 Ed Hussey has to call it a season. The Long Island Lighthouse reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the Montana Pandas and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Hussey was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn rotator cuff and stated that he would not be able to play for 11 months. On the year, Hussey has recorded no saves with a 3-1 record over 41.1 innings. He has mowed down 31 batters on strikes and walked 8 with an ERA of 2.83. |
