Worth has worked out terms of a deal to send 26-year old 3B Mario Arévalo to Pittsburgh for 20-year old minor league RHP Lorenzo Hernández and 19-year old minor league 2B Lou Rivas. Both teams expect to introduce their new players at press conferences later in the week. In his 146-game career, Arévalo has hit at a .276 clip and collected 159 hits with 33 doubles, 4 triples, 18 homers, and 70 RBIs. |
