Cooper Named Newcomer of the Month Sunday, October 1st , 2062 Youngster Dave Cooper emerged as the latest United States Silver League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Baltimore deserved the honor, batting .292 with 7 home runs and 16 RBI. Is the month of September a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke?
