Toronto Deals Torres to Ft. Worth for O'Bryan
Sunday, January 1st , 2062
A trade was announced today at a press conference in Toronto. Not satisfied with their current roster, the Toronto Thunder general manager shook things up by acquiring 29-year old minor league LF Nick O'Bryan from the Ft. Worth Cattlemen for 22-year old RHP Juan Torres.
"We're a better team now," Thunder general manager Jordan Smith said. "We've added several pieces to the puzzle."
For his 109-game career O'Bryan has hit .259 with 100 hits, 56 RBIs, and 14 home runs.
