Vaughn and Phillips Swapped Monday, February 13th , 2062 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Voodoo announced today the acquisition of 21-year old minor league LHP Tom Phillips from the Montana Pandas in exchange for 27-year old minor league SS Brad Vaughn. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Voodoo, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." In his career, Vaughn has racked up 209 hits with a .235 average and .269 on-base percentage. His numbers include 23 doubles, 4 triples, and 23 home runs, along with 102 runs scored and 85 RBIs. |
