Mississippi-Oakland Brawl, Jianbua and bin Nabeel Suspended Wednesday, May 13th, 2037 Baio Jianbua of the Mississippi Mockingbirds and Faisal bin Nabeel of the Oakland Oaks will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Mockingbirds-Oaks game at Magnolia Park. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Jianbua and bin Nabeel will begin serving them soon. For the season, Jianbua is hitting at a .279 clip with 1 home run, 4 RBIs and has scored 8 runs. He has 12 hits, 5 walks and a .367 on-base percentage. |
