This Week's Star Player is Feliciano Monday, May 21st , 2063 24-year-old Manny Feliciano sent shock waves through United States Silver League last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the United States Silver League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Feliciano made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .667 average, 12 hits in 18 at-bats, 3 home runs and 9 RBI. Where the Panama City Piranhas second baseman goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Feliciano certainly made his mark last week. So far this year, Feliciano is batting .379 with 4 home runs and 16 RBIs. |
