Season Possibly Over for Jason MacGruder Wednesday, July 1st, 2037 The season is finished for Jason MacGruder of the Panama City Piranhas. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Piranhas starting pitcher suffered bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Ft. Worth Cattlemen. Team doctors said it would take at least 4 months to heal. This season MacGruder has compiled a 4-3 record with a 3.96 ERA in 10 starts. |
