Oaks Hurler Named May's Top Starter Friday, June 1st , 2063 The top pitcher this past month in the Menard's Third League was George Roy of the Oakland Oaks. He really bewildered league hitters, finishing May with an excellent 4-0 record and 1.20 ERA. The Oaks hurler made 6 starts and surrendered 34 hits in 45 innings. He struck out 37 and walked 14. |
