Seattle Rocketeers Ship Orpen to Nova Scotia Tuesday, January 2nd , 2063 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Seattle Rocketeers and the Nova Scotia Leviathan have agreed to a deal that will have 30-year old LF Brian Orpen heading to Nova Scotia in exchange for $2 in cash. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. Seattle will retain a portion of Orpen's remaining contract. Orpen has a career .261 batting average and .364 on-base percentage. He has recorded 184 hits with 41 doubles, 4 triples, 18 homers, 76 RBIs and scored 106 runs since coming into the league. |
