Hor Boosts Hit Streak to 20 Games Thursday, July 12th , 2057 Shu-yaan Hor of the Buckhead Bowties extended his hitting streak to 20 straight games with 4 hits in today's 18-6 triumph over the Pittsburgh Kingfishers at Pittsburgh Grounds. "Shu-yaan has been making it easy for me to pencil his name in the lineup every day," Bowties manager Kerry Hofmeister joked after the game. Shu-yaan Hor singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, walked in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, hit an RBI double in the 6th, walked in the 8th and hit a two-run triple in the 9th. So far this year in 51 games, Hor is hitting .387 with 5 home runs, 41 RBIs and 50 runs scored. |
