2-Game Suspension for Northern Lions BC Harris Sunday, July 14th , 2058 As a result of his tirade and temper tantrum during yesterday's Northern Lions BC-Kingfishers game at Great Northern Field, Thunder Bay second baseman Tyler Harris will get some time off. He was issued a 2-game suspension by the league commissioner. Harris was suspended for verbally abusing and physically bumping the home plate umpire after being ejected for arguing over a third strike. This year, Harris is batting .307 with 58 hits and 5 home runs. He has scored 28 times and has batted in 34 runs. |
