Lambert's Season Could be Over
Thursday, September 6th , 2063
Doctors in Nova Scotia said Larry Lambert might not play anymore this year. The Leviathan reliever suffered a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament during a game against the Mexico City Blue Demons and will be out for at least 15-16 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season.
For the year, Lambert has collected no saves in 6 relief appearances. He has also rung up 12 strikeouts and 10 walks in 14.1 innings while registering a 4.40 ERA and a 0-0 won-lost mark.
