Oakland's Tracy to Miss Season Friday, August 11th , 2062 The season is ending on a bad note for Clifford Tracy, reliever for the Oakland Oaks. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Tracy was hurt against the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn rotator cuff and will be out for at least 4 months. This year, Tracy has made 23 relief appearances with 3 saves. In 32 innings, he has permitted 30 hits, fanned 20 hitters and recorded 3 wins and 4 losses with a 3.09 ERA. |
