Frost Rips Thunder Bay for 5 Hits Friday, May 11th , 2063 5 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Nova Scotia's Troy Frost made it happen against the Northern Lions BC. Everything came together at the plate for the 26-year-old center fielder as he collected 5 hits in 6 at-bats -- and helped the Leviathan triumph, 12-7, at Great Northern Field. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Frost said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." Troy Frost doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, grounded out in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 9th.
