Kansas-Bakersfield Fight Results in Suspensions Saturday, June 24th , 2062 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Kansas-Bakersfield contest at Wichita Field. The Rainbeaus Gilberto Rodríguez and the Nobles Francisco Encarnación will have to sit out 3 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. For the year, Rodríguez has hit .100 with no home runs, 1 RBIs and scored 0 runs. To date this season, Encarnación has compiled a 4-1 record with a 4.20 ERA in 6 starts. |
