Chin Hitless, Streak Ends at 25 Saturday, July 14th , 2063 The Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds clamped down on Siu-chung Chin and put a stop to his hit streak. He went without a hit, ending the run at 25 straight games, but it didn't keep the Nobles from winning. Bakersfield downed the Fighting Dachshunds, 2-1. "It was bound to happen," Chin said with a shrug after the game. To date this season, Chin is hitting .333 with 2 home runs. |
