Pennsauken-Sacramento Free-for-All Gets 4-Game Suspensions Saturday, July 21st , 2063 Hot tempers flared and a few punches were thrown at the Pennsauken and Sacramento game yesterday and ended up with two players ejected. Stu Kennedy of the Flyers and Chris Evans of the Redlegs have now been reprimanded and issued 4-game suspensions by the league commissioner for their parts in the fracas. For the season, Kennedy is currently batting .271 with 9 home runs and 29 RBIs. In 53 games he has reached base at a .361 rate and scored 45 runs to date. To date this year, Evans has won 2 and lost 1 with a 3.09 ERA, no saves and 22 strikeouts in 14 relief appearances. |
