Redlegs Shinohara Dominates Tritons Tuesday, August 1st , 2062 In an excellent mound performance, Yoshitaka Shinohara of the Sacramento Redlegs blanked the Jersey City Tritons, 8-0, on a 4-hitter. "I had my best stuff and did a good job of mixing up my pitches," he said after the game. In all, the Sacramento hurler rang up 6 strikeouts and no walks in the shutout win. "We just didn't swing the bats well today," said Tritons manager John Sirica. "Shinohara did a good job keeping us guessing." This season, Shinohara has compiled a 8-7 record with a 3.07 ERA.
