Kools, Ramsey Suspended for Fracas Tuesday, September 1st , 2054 Jean Kools of the Bakersfield Nobles and Billy Ramsey of the Athletic Club KC Reserves received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 4 and 6 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Jerome Grounds. This season Kools is hitting .264 with 38 hits, 6 home runs, 19 RBIs, scored 19 runs and played in 40 games. This season Ramsey has a 5-7 mark in 19 starts with a 4.86 ERA.
