PAAA Star of the Week Chosen Monday, August 5th , 2058 The Syracuse Starks received word today that left fielder Bill Strong was selected USPL Triple A Player of the Week for his stellar performance in last week's games. Strong took full advantage of all 23 plate appearances last week as he hit .450 with 9 hits, 2 home runs, 8 RBIs and 3 runs scored. This season, Strong is hitting .288 with 72 hits, 9 home runs, 30 RBIs, scored 30 runs and played in 69 games. |
