Brass Come up Short of Playoffs Wednesday, September 19th , 2057 Heartbreaking. Agonizing. Devastating. They were all words being used by the Baton Rouge Brass after today being mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. "It stings to come this close but come up short," said manager Luis Ruíz. This is the club's 3rd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2054. In total, the Brass have missed the playoffs 13 times in their 16-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Brass have missed the playoffs 6 times. Baton Rouge last won the PL AAA Championship in 2036. |
