Montreal Wins PL AAA Championship Saturday, September 22nd , 2063 The Montreal Machine ignited a huge celebration as they beat the Pennsauken Flyers 3-1 to win the PL AAA Championship. Montreal won the series 2-0, capturing the title for the 11th time. "We stepped it up at the right time, and now we're the champs," said Montreal manager Alfonso Vera. "It's a great feeling." The champs finished the regular season 58-44 and claimed second place in the Premier AAA. In the jubilant clubhouse after the decisive game, series MVP and reliever Rudolph Williams said the Machine have "great fans and they deserve this." "I am so happy for our city right now," he said.
