PAAA Hands Out Reliever of the Year Award Thursday, October 5th , 2062 The USPL Triple A Reliever of the Year Award for 2062 has been bestowed on Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds relief specialist Javier Vargas. The 31-year-old bullpen ace, out of Shirley, New York, nailed down the award with 4 saves in 28 relief appearances, 43 strikeouts in 57.1 innings and a record of 4 wins and 6 losses to go with his 2.20 ERA. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Gary Smith of the Montreal Machine finished second in voting, while Ed Dodman of the Bakersfield Nobles finished third.
