Cedeño Is 3AA's Best Pitcher in May Monday, June 1st , 2054 Martín Cedeño had a very good May and has been rewarded with the M3L Double A Pitcher of the Month Award. The Richland bullpen specialist was very effective, constantly coming in and getting his club out of trouble or protecting a one-run or two-run lead. The Rails ace starred with 6 saves in 11 relief appearances, logging 15.1 innings, 22 strikeouts, 2 walks and a 0.59 ERA. Cedeño finished the month with 2 wins and 1 loss -- and was named the league's best pitcher. |
