No Late-Season Magic Coming: Westwood Out of Playoffs Wednesday, September 16th , 2054 It is an "empty" feeling for members of the Westwood Sixshooters, according to club manager Héctor Montoya. That's because the team was mathematically eliminated today from playoff contention. The Sixshooters have missed the playoffs 14 times in their 16 years as a M3L Double A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 2nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2052. In the last 10 seasons, the Sixshooters have made the playoffs 2 times. Westwood has won the 3L AA Championship 3 times in their history. |
