Menard's AA Champs Crowned: Yakima Hops Tuesday, September 19th , 2062 Ray Melton of the Yakima Hops said he'll remember his team's 2062 Menard's AA championship for the rest of his life. "To pull it out by only one game, it's pretty memorable," the starting pitcher said. "Something to tell the grand kids one day." The team's record sits at 59-43 and the division title is the 6th in team history. Team manager Juan Valéncia said "it would mean so much to Yakima" to bring the 6th M3L Double A championship home. "It's 3L AA Championship or bust at this point," he said. |
