3AA Announces Best Batter Award Friday, October 1st , 2060 Alden Swain is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Virginia Beach center fielder joined that select company when the M3L Double A announced the results of September's voting. Swain totaled 9 hits, 10 walks, 2 home runs, 10 RBIs and 10 runs scored last month to put together a .375 batting average and .559 on-base percentage. Lifetime Swain is hitting .263 with 343 hits, 75 doubles, 10 triples and 57 home runs. He has scored 233 runs and driven in 245. |
