Petras of Philadelphia Crowned Best Player Monday, May 23rd , 2061 The USSL Double A made it official today: Tim Petras is the Player of the Week. He really sparkled on the diamond this week with a .579 average to take home the trophy. The Philadelphia second baseman went 11-for-19, drove in 5 runs, scored 6 times and hit 2 home runs. This year, Petras is hitting .328, produced 13 RBIs and 4 home runs, scored 9 times and gotten on base at a .343 rate. |
