Victorino Ganchas Wins SAA Trophy Monday, August 28th , 2062 Victorino Ganchas is respected by most Lake Murray MotorBoaters fans for his no-frills style of play. The 22-year-old catcher went about his business with vigor last week to grab the USSL Double A Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .533 average (8-for-15) with 3 home runs, 4 RBIs and 6 runs scored. In 80 games this season, Ganchas has compiled a .286 batting average with 82 hits and 15 home runs. He has also scored 52 times and knocked in 48 runs. |
