SAA Presents Batter of Month Trophy to Gómez Friday, September 1st , 2062 Carlos Gómez made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the USSL Double A this past month. The Chesapeake Cangrejos Fantasmas left fielder shined through the month of August and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 23-year-old hit .487 with 7 home runs, 27 RBIs and 24 runs scored. Currently Gómez is hitting .385 and has collected 15 home runs, 55 RBIs and scored 48 times, while playing in 72 games. |
