SAA's Top Player, Pérez of Billings Monday, September 4th , 2062 Raúl Pérez demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the USSL Double A Player of the Week Award. The Billings catcher wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .524 average (11-for-21) with 2 home runs and 11 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. Posting a .251 batting average to date, Pérez has 18 home runs and 52 RBIs. |
