Philadelphia Shuts Out Miners, Hull Winner Friday, July 13th , 2063 Cody Hull of the Philadelphia Liberty Academy was cool and collected on the mound, leading his club to a shutout victory over the Marquette Miners, 8-0. "He was mixing his pitches real well and keeping his composure on the mound," Philadelphia manager Clarence Miller said later. "When Cody does that, good things happen."
