Hernández's Strong Week Earns PAA Trophy Monday, July 17th , 2062 Jorge Hernández demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the USPL Double A Player of the Week Award. The Vancouver first baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .500 average (12-for-24) with 3 home runs and 4 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. Hernández is currently batting .284 with 13 home runs, 27 RBIs and 31 runs scored. He has 58 hits in 204 at-bats. |
