USPL Double A Selects August's Best Batter Thursday, September 1st , 2061 Olympia Ogres fans believe they've got a talented young star in Gisbert Clerq. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in August, as he hit .452 with 8 home runs, 18 RBIs and 17 runs scored. The end result was the right fielder being named the USPL Double A Batter of the Month. At present, Clerq is batting .338 with 101 hits and 19 home runs. He has knocked in 56 runs and scored 49 times. |
