Jordan Fashions Shutout Against Marquette Saturday, July 29th , 2062 David Jordan held the Marquette Miners to 6 hits and fashioned a fine 4-0 shutout at Marquette Stadium. Speaking after the game, Ithaca Fighting Imps manager Jeffrey Lewis said "Jordan had everything going for him today. He changed speeds effectively, stayed down, had a lot of movement. He was masterful." Jordan rung up 5 strikeouts and surrendered 2 walks in the game. "We couldn't get anything going. He certainly had our number," Marquette manager Andrés Pérez told reporters.
