Star of the Week Selected in PAA Monday, August 24th , 2054 Andy McGee demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the USPL Double A Player of the Week Award. The Asheville third baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .520 average (13-for-25) with 3 home runs and 7 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. Thus far this season McGee has hit .289 with 21 home runs, 45 RBIs and scored 47 times. |
