Atoms Come up Short of Playoffs Tuesday, September 18th , 2063 Looking at the bigger picture, Dan Black of the Bethesda Atoms said he's excited for what's to come in the years ahead for his squad. But in the present, he said, the club is quite disappointed with the realization today that they are now mathematically out of playoff contention for the 2063 season. Before this season, the Atoms last missed the playoffs in 2061. In the 13 years they have been a USPL Double A franchise, they have missed the playoffs 11 times. Bethesda last won the PL AA Championship in 2062. |
