Top PAA Reliever Honored Thursday, October 6th , 2061 2061 was a year to remember for Marvin Glendenning. The Marquette Miners reliever was the owner of a 3.33 ERA this season over 73 innings of work. He made 24 relief appearances and had 5 saves, 70 strikeouts, 26 walks and a record of 7 wins and 1 loss. He's also now got some hardware, as the 28-year-old has been named the USPL Double A Reliever of the Year Award winner. "It's something I can tell my grandchildren some day, pretty special," he said. He received 5 first place votes out of a possible 10. Bob Merendino of the Chesapeake Cangrejos Fantasmas finished second in voting with 2 first place votes, while Jorge Mojica of the Olympia Ogres finished third with 2 first place votes.
