Kan Snags PR Top Hurler Trophy Friday, August 1st, 2042 The top-rated pitcher this past month in the USPL Rookie was Jae-ho Kan of the Long Island Ducks. He really dominated league hitters, finishing July with a 3-0 won-lost mark and a 1.95 ERA. The Ducks ace made 5 starts and surrendered 26 hits in 32.1 innings. He struck out 44 and walked 3.
