Moreno Takes Best Bat Award in May Friday, June 1st , 2063 Mauro Moreno is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Plattsburgh center fielder joined that select company when the USPL Low A announced the results of May's voting. Moreno totaled 25 hits, 12 walks, 9 home runs, 17 RBIs and 17 runs scored last month to put together a .284 batting average and .379 on-base percentage. |
