Carlos Soto Wins PA- Trophy Monday, June 26th , 2062 The votes have been tallied and the winner of the USPL Low A Player of the Week has been named. It was awarded earlier today to Carlos Soto for his great week at the plate. The Hudsonville second baseman took home the trophy by banging out 11 hits in 21 at-bats for a .524 batting average, driving in 8 runs and scoring 7 times.
