Burris PA-'s Best of the Week Monday, August 10th , 2054 Roland Burris made quite a splash in the USPL Low A this past week. The Fort Knox Centennial right fielder drilled opposing pitchers for 6 hits in 13 at-bats to roll up a .462 batting average and the USPL Low A Player of the Week Award. He also contributed 4 home runs, 8 RBIs and 5 runs scored to his club's offensive attack. This year Burris has socked 48 hits in 151 at-bats for a .318 average with 12 home runs. He is getting on base at a .384 pace and his totals also include 31 RBIs and 28 runs scored. |
