USPL Low A Selects Redwood's Liriano Monday, July 15th , 2058 The best player in the USPL Low A was announced today. The Player of the Week honor went to pitcher Edgar Liriano of the Redwood Rhinos, who led his team to 2 wins in 2 starts. Last week he had a 2-0 won-lost mark with a 0.61 ERA. Thus far this season, Liriano has posted a 5-3 record, started 12 games, struck out 51 batters in 70.1 innings and compiled a 3.45 ERA. |
