PA- Names Uruguayans Valentín Winner Monday, August 1st , 2061 Not every ball that came off Rafael Valentín's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Germantown Uruguayans. For his exploits, Valentín was named this week's USPL Low A Player of the Week award.
