Otters Ventura Named PA-'s #1 Player Monday, August 20th , 2063 Not every ball that came off José Ventura's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Tulsa Otters. For his exploits, Ventura was named this week's USPL Low A Player of the Week award. The Tulsa second baseman put up 6 hits in 14 at-bats and 2 home runs while hitting .429 with 5 RBIs and 3 runs scored. Thus far this year, Ventura has hit .250 with 4 home runs and 21 RBIs. |
