Centennial Captures Wild Card Sunday, September 6th , 2054 As the clock struck midnight in the Fort Knox Centennial clubhouse, the celebration showed no signs of slowing down. The Centennial were certainly ready to celebrate their USPL Low A wild card berth. "It's time to let off a little steam after a grind of a season," said right fielder Roland Burris. "We may act a bit like teenagers tonight celebrating, but we'll be back to being big leaguers tomorrow." With a 54-41 record, Fort Knox will be seeking its 12th USPL Low A championship. |
