Best PA- Reliever Named Tuesday, September 22nd , 2054 He may only be 20, but Ben Huber of the Fort Knox Centennial has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the USPL Low A. The reliever was today named the PA- Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2054. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 5 saves in 24 relief appearances and 98 strikeouts in 79.1 innings. He had a record of 4-1 to go with his 2.27 ERA. He received 8 first place votes out of a possible 10.
