Standout Season For Norman, Wins PA- Most Valuable Player Award Sunday, September 25th , 2061 Harley Norman took USPL Low A by storm this year, and he did it all at the age of 21. For his spectacular campaign, the Redwood Rhinos star has been named the 2061 USPL Low A Most Valuable Player Award recipient.
