USPL Rookie Selects Best Performer Monday, June 29th, 2043 It was announced today that Fort Knox center fielder Damon Bansfield has been acclaimed by the USPL Rookie as the Player of the Week for his outstanding play last week. Bansfield posted a .480 batting average as he collected 12 hits in 25 at-bats, no home runs and 4 RBIs. In the current season, Bansfield has put up a .360 batting average with 62 hits, no home runs, 26 RBI and scored 21 runs. |
